Mei is the shortest name of a dinosaur.
Micropachycephalosaurus is the longest name for a dinosaur.
Tyrannosaurus’s eyesight was 13 times better then human sight.
The most numerous herd of dinosaurs could have up to several thousands individuals.
The largest feathery dinosaur was Gigantoraptor.
The longest skull was that one of Pentaceratops.
Quetzalcoatlus was the largest pterodactyl with wingspan 18m and weight around 100 kg.
Microraptor gui was the weirdest dinosaur, as it had 4 wings.
Tyranosaur’s predecessor measured only 3 meters and it had special crest on its head. It was called Guanlong.
Spinosaurus was the biggest carnivore measuring more than 18m.
Amphicoelias was the largest herbivore and could grow to length of more than 50 meters.

Comparison of dinosaurs’ intelligence:

The measurement tool used to compare the intelligence of dinosaurs is so called Encephalization Quotient (EQ). EQ of the crocodile – which is closely related to dinosaurs – was defined to number 1. Dinosaurs with lower values than 1 were not very smart, but those with higher EQ values could have been quite intelligent.

Sauropodomorpha 0,05 EQ
(Massospondylus, Plateosaurus etc.)
Probably the most stupid dinosaurs which lived especially in the Triassic Era and at the beginning of the Jurassic Period.

Sauropoda 0,2 - 0,6 EQ
(Brachiosaurus, Mamenchisaurus etc.)
Large herbivorous sauropoda which had a very small brain compared to the size of their body.

Ankylosauridae, Stegosauria 0,5 - 0,7 EQ
(Euoplocephalus, Stegosaurus etc.)
Shielded dinosaurs as Stegosaurus had brain as big as a walnut which did not enable more than controlling the body.

Ceratopsidae 0,7 - 0,9 EQ
(Triceratops, Styracosaurus etc.)
Horned dinosaurs were a bit smarter than their shielded relatives.

Ornithopods 0,9 - 2,8 EQ
(Iguanodon, Parasaurolophus etc.)
Some Ornithopods overcome with their intelligence also crocodiles and Tyrannosauruses.

Crocodiles 1,00 EQ
Nowadays relatives of dinosaurs which are used to measure dinosaurs’ intelligence.

Allosauridae and Tyrannosaurids 1 - 2,2 EQ
(Allosaurus, Tyrannosaurus etc.)
Large predators ranking with their intelligence just behind the crocodiles.

Ornithomimosauria, Troodontidae a Dromeosaurids 5,5 - 8,6 EQ
(Deinonychus, Ornithomimus, Raptors etc.)
Cunning predators hunting in packs belonged to the smartest dinosaurs.

Bambiraptor feinbergi 12,5 - 13,8 EQ
Our winner of the intelligence chart. This small feathery dinosaur related to Troodon was the smartest one of all. Just for your idea – it is necessary to say that basically all present-day birds are even more intelligent than this cleverest dinosaur.
